Sunil Shetty is one of the few Indian actors to have entered Indian cinema in their post thirties. Originally a businessman, Sunil’s love for acting gained him entry into Bollywood debuting with Balwaan in 1992. His first major hit was Mohra in 1994. He has performed in roles ranging from a serious fighter to that of a comedian and even a villain in films like Gopi Kishan, Border, Refugee, Qayamat: City Under Threat, LOC: Kargil , Hera Pheri, Awara Paagal Deewana, Phir Hera Pheri and won his first Filmfare award for Best Villain for his performance in Dhadkan. He then turned a producer by starting his own production company called “Popcorn Motion Pictures Ltd.” producing films such as Khel, Rakht: What If You Can See the Future and Bhagam Bhag.
