Description Chokher Bali, A passion play set in the early 1900s is the story of a beautiful, educated woman, Binodini, struggling to free herself from the oppression of widowhood. Widowed within a year of marriage, she movers into Mahendra's house, the man who was once offered her hand in marriage and refused.
