Description A spoof on to what extent some people are ready to degrade themselves to get money. Even to the extent of killing a harmless, helpless man. Ramlal (Dev Anand) became insane when he saw his mother and sister burning to death. In his madness, he calls himself Funtoosh. When the doctors of the mental asylum set him free because they could not do anything more for him, Funtoosh found the sane world too cruel to bear. On the verge of attempting suicide he is persuaded by one Sheth Karodilal to live for a week more. "Enjoy the luxuries you could not enjoy because of your poverty. Then you can die". At the end of the week Funtoosh did not want to die, but Karodilal was bent upon killing him. For what? See this eminently funny film.
