Description
Three gruesome murders have happened and Dick Tracy gets involved in the investigation. There is no apparent connection between the deaths with the victims coming from every facet of society and economic status. The only common denominator for these killings is the method of their murder - they were all slashed to pieces. Tracy must use all of his skills to find the link in all the deaths before the killer strikes again.
