Ramji (Madhavan), a cook from Bihar, lands in a soup after his employer in UK dies on the day of his arrival. Trouble attracts more trouble when he loses all his baggage and the way out comes as working in an Indian restaurant as a chef and a marriage of convenience to Sameera (Samita Bangargi) to be able to stay and work in UK. Will the immigration troubles be too spicy to handle or will Ramji toss a secret recipe that'll make for happily-ever-after?
Trivia: 'Ramji Londonwaley' is the Hindi version of Tamil Hit 'Nala Damayanti', which also starred Madhavan. 'Nala Damayanti' was inspired by Peter Weir's English film 'Green Card'.
