Domestic Shipping
Shipping to all locations in India will be through Blue Dart. Normal delivery
time is within 3 days. A tracking number will be mailed to you immediately
after your order has been shipped.
Please Note: We cannot ship to PO BOX Addresses.
Shipping charges for every order
will be a basic fixed charge of INR 20.00 plus INR 10.00 for every item
(DVD, VCD or CD).
International Shipping
We use DHL Express for all shipments outside India. Normal delivery time is within 3-4
days. A tracking number will be mailed to you immediately after your
order has been shipped.

Shipping charges for every order will be a
basic fixed charge of USD 14.00 plus USD 1.50 for every item (DVD, VCD
or CD).
(International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the buyer; we have no control over these charges, and over any delay in delivery caused due to custom clearance process.)

Replacements, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

items we sell are original and in brand-new sealed
condition. So it is highly unlikely that there will be any kind of
issues. But still if an item purchased is found to be defective, please contact us with details of the problem within 14 days of receiving the item. We will tell you how to return it to us for replacement/refund.
It
will not be possible to cancel an order once your packet is with the
couriers. If you think you need to modify an
order you have just placed, please be as quick as you can in contacting
us.
